Tuesday Rosary

Tuesday is usually a day for the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary: the Agony in the Garden, Scourging at the Pillar, Crowning with Thorns, Carrying of the Cross, and Crucifixion. These five decades follow Christ's Passion from Gethsemane to Calvary. The same set is usually prayed on Friday.

Tuesday's Sorrowful Mysteries

Tuesday and Friday

The usual weekly schedule assigns the same mysteries to both days. Friday has a particular connection with the Church's remembrance of the Passion. Tuesday provides another occasion during the week to contemplate these events.
